had such an amazing experience at Starbucks and I truly felt the need to leave a review because great customer service deserves to be recognized. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and very clean. The entire establishment was spotless, including the seating area, counters, and drink station, which immediately stood out to me. Store Manager Kendra and her staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You can tell she leads her team with professionalism, patience, and positivity because every employee I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and working together smoothly. Even during a busy rush, the service was incredibly fast and efficient without sacrificing quality or kindness. What impressed me the most was how the staff treated every customer with respect and genuine care. Orders were handled quickly and accurately, and the energy in the store felt upbeat and welcoming. It’s rare to walk into a busy coffee shop and still feel valued as a customer, but Kendra and her team made that happen effortlessly. This location truly reflects what outstanding customer service should look like. The professionalism, cleanliness, teamwork, and positive atmosphere made my visit enjoyable from beginning to end. Kendra deserves recognition for managing such a strong team and creating an environment where customers feel appreciated. Kendra is absolutely amazing! The entire staff are so sweet and welcoming! They definitely made my long day into a great one! They all need raises!!
This is my usual Starbucks and I LOVE them!! I always go by after my morning workout to get myself a shaken espresso or cold brew and it's always delicious. They know their regulars and always tell me hi, which I love! Everyone here has always been super welcoming, friendly, and kind. Kendra really runs this store well and the baristas here are top notch. I usually mobile order and do a walk in and I can only think of one time in all the many many times I've gone that my order wasn't ready and that was on a super busy day for them. That time, I politely let them know I was still waiting on my food they got it to me quickly. :) They do really well here!! Also, it's very clean inside and perfect for morning coffee dates.
